 When would I get my order?

 If you place your order before 11am we will get this despatched the same day via 24hr courier or royal mail depending on the value and size of order, after 11am it will generally go out the following day, depending on stock available.

 What if you don’t have item in stock?

 We will obtain stock form any of your suppliers with in 24/48 hrs, this so orders up to Tuesday will be received with the same week in this scenario, if our suppliers are out of stock we will inform you within 24hrs.

 What happens if you cannot supply?

 If we do not the exact item in stock we will look at alternatives to supply informing you beforehand if they would be suitable, otherwise if it is a short lead time we will give you the option to keep on back order or refund, if long lead time we will first refund and they inform you within 24hrs of your order placement.

 What if the item arrives damaged?

 Please inform us and provide photographs, if a position do not accept parcel, if after acceptant we will pick up the damaged item UK Mainland and arrange a replacement, damaged items must be informed upon their arrival within 24hrs or receipt.
